| Albawba Travel automatically informs its Travel Partner that your
reservation requires servicing. |

| If you have given us permission for our Travel Partner to call you then they
will. Otherwise they will contact you by e-mail using the e-mail address you
provided to re-confirm your travel requirements and address any additional
comments that you may have highlighted. We recommend that you allow us to call
you to speed up this step. |

| The Travel partner will then work on generating a quotation for you as quickly
as possible and will respond to you using the 'Quotation' functionality within
our Package Management System (PMS). You, our customer, will automatically
receive an e-mail once the quotation has been sent. |

| You can then review your quotation by going to the Albawba Travel website,
logging in and then clicking on the 'My Bookings' link at the top of the page. |
